Go to the event website's registration page. You will receive a confirmation email with logistics information once you have selected your preferred pass and completed registration.

Whether you attend in person or virtually, a final reminder with more detailed information will be sent a week before the event.
Our cancellation policy for in-person and virtual participation is as follows:

In-Person Participation: To receive a full refund, you must cancel your registration in writing via email to ls50@latinastyle.com on or before 5:00 p.m. EST on Friday, May 6, 2022.After May 6, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. ET, no refunds will be granted.

Cancellation as a virtual attendee: Cancellation as a virtual attendee is non-refundable.
Most devices and browsers can be used to access the event; however, Google Chrome and a strong internet connection are highly recommended. To ensure seamless access to the broadcast, please enable cookies and disable all pop-up and ad blockers.
We will send an email to all virtual participants with a link to the website that will allow you to watch all live sessions at that time without even entering a password. Within 48 hours of the event, all recordings will be made available to registered participants.
If you do not receive a link prior to the virtual event, simply go to our website's agenda page, click on login, and then select the option "Log in with your registered email." You will be prompted to enter your email address before clicking the Send button. You will be sent a new link that will automatically log you in and allow you to view any live sessions that are currently taking place.

For the 2022 LATINA Style 50 Awards & Diversity Leaders Conference, we have created a networking community where you can connect with like-minded professionals and chat with them before, during, and even after the event. Simply go to our website's community page or CLICK HERE. Make sure to keep your profile up to date!
All sessions will be archived for 90 days after the event. To view a session on-demand, go to the Agenda Page, find the session you want to watch, and click the "Watch Recording" button. Recorded sessions will be made available for viewing 48 hours after the end of each live session.
Have you double-checked your audio and video settings to ensure that sound is coming from the correct device? Click the gear icon on the top right of the live-streamed session to switch between multiple outputs connected to your device (e.g., internal speakers, headphones, and AirPlay). You will then be able to choose which output and which outputs to use.
Third-party cookies must be enabled, and ad-blockers must be turned off, for our platform to function.
Even if you are confident that everything is properly connected, your devices could be accidentally connected to another tool or application. Before beginning the session, ensure that all tools such as Zoom, Google Hangouts, WhatsApp, GoToMeeting, and so on have been closed. It is possible that you will need to close and reopen your browser.
